Saher Khair

Saher Khair was born in Bethlehem, Palestine, and completed his BA degree in Physiotherapy in 2011 at Bethlehem University. He continued his studies and completed a professional diploma degree in Career Counseling in 2013.

Saher had been working as a Career Guidance Coordinator at Bethlehem University since 2013 and in parallel as a manager of career services office at Salesian Technical School from 2016 to 2019. He was a youth activist and in 2017 he was a coordinator for youth council in Beit Sahour municipality. He also established student councils in the schools of Beit Sahour and he was a trainer and supervisor at Care4you organization, with the focus on engaging students in society with the aim of social change and development.

While working, he continued his studies and received a MA degree in Social Work from Bethlehem University in 2022, with a focus on leading community institutions towards achieving development and social change.
